Kimberley Property Settlements is located in the pearl of our state’s North West, in the picturesque town of Broome. The business is owned and operated by Graham and Jennie Glasson, who opened the doors of Kimberley Property Settlements in February 1993 after relocating from Mandurah.
Over the years Kimberley Property Settlements has earned a well-deserved reputation as a reliable and trusted settlement agency. We are very conscious and experienced in dealing with the often-frustrating obstacles that can arise from living in some of the most remote regions of the country.

MEET THE TEAM
GRAHAM GLASSON
Director/Licensee
Graham is the Principal and Licensee, and has been involved in the real estate profession since 1970.
He became a licensed Real Estate Agent in 1985 and a licensed Settlement Agent in 1987. His great level of dedication has seen him become a highly respected figure within the settlement profession. Amongst his numerous professional achievements, he is proud to have served as a councilor for the Australian Institute of Conveyancers WA Division, most recently acting as Vice President and then President until early 2012.
Throughout his time on the committee, his personal contributions have been an integral part in the instigation of many positive changes to the entire real estate sector in Western Australia, as well as advances towards the National Electronic Conveyancing scheme. Graham was recently awarded the President’s Award for his services to the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (WA).
ROSE KNAPINSKI
Conveyancing Assistant
Rose has been with Kimberley Property Settlements since July 2006 after making the permanent move to Broome from her long-term home of Bunbury.
Rose has worked in real estate for many years and throughout that time has been involved in all facets of the industry, including residential and commercial property management and sales.
She is a wealth of knowledge and her experience and attention to detail are of immeasurable value to the business and our clients.
CASEY HILLS
Conveyancer
Casey joined the KPS office in October 2017 after relocating from Perth after having holidayed in Broome in August of the same year.
With over 14 years’ experience in settlements having started her career in 2006 as an outside clerk, she has worked her way through the ranks to Senior Conveyancer where she handles all aspects of conveyancing matters in sometimes complex situations.
JENNIE GLASSON
Director/Conveyancer
Jennie has been vitally involved in the real estate profession since attaining her certificate in real estate management in the mid-1980’s.
Jennie’s previous roles include managing a taxation consulting firm, acting as a director and trust account manager for both real estate and settlement agencies, as well as senior conveyancer at Kimberley Property Settlements.
Jennie has worked side by side with Graham over the years since establishing Kimberley Property Settlements and her vast experience in all of these areas has seen her build a very strong relationship with the numerous long-term clients she has the pleasure of assisting and advising on a regular basis.
